7th Grade Science Trip to Catalina CA

Nicole and all her friends had a GREAT time in Catalina for their 7th grade science trip! So many adventures....so little time!! Thanks to all the teachers and counselors that made this trip a wonderful success!!

Summer is Here!!

Well it has been so long since I have blogged anything! I am so sorry. Most people look us up on Facebook and I tend to forget about the Blog! I will try to get some current pictures up as well ! We are all good. The play went WONDERFUL!!! Full house EVERY NIGHT!! Now Nicole is going to Camp with our church and starting dance in July. That's right.... no swim team this summer. We took a year off and are rather enjoying it. Nicole really wanted to take dance and we just cannot do both. Swim team is FULL TIME! Kenny is working on the house and yard as usual and I .... well....as some of you already know, I am gamefully unemployed as of July 10th. I have been at Blue Sky Transportation for 6 years, but UPS freight just backed out of their contract with Blue Sky and well....that would be me. So I am spending my summer looking for work!!! We are doing a couple mini vacations. We are going to Wicked, in Phoenix. The off Broadway production of Wicked comes to Phoenix in July! and we are very EXCITED!!! We are then hoping to go to California and spend some time at the beach with family and friends. We hope everyone is enjoying their summers as well! Have fun and God Bless you all!!!

Seussical Jr.

It is time for On a Good Note's spring production of Seussical Jr. This is our 6th year performing our spring play at KCC and we could not be more excited! Seussical Jr. is all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, and all of the Whos of Whoville! The score emerges as a Seussian Gumbo of musical styles, ranging from Latin to pop, swing to gospel, and R&B to funk! So let your toes tap your fingers snap, and your imagination run wild for "Oh the thinks you can think, When you think about Suess!" Show dates are May 21st, 23rd and 24th at 7:00pm in the Kingman Christian Church Sanctuary. Hope to see you all there!

Working on the Jeep

Kenny has been doing some modifications to the jeep....why? Because he is a dude....and dude's modify stuff. He is feaverishly trying to get it done for an upcoming jeep run he wants to go on and of course we are ready to get back out there too! But, being the Kenny we all know and love, he also has several other projects going at the same time. He is building an extended patio in the back yard and he has some home repairs he is working on, namely the septic....it is a stinky job, so he has to do it!!! I won't give you details...but lets just say...I am glad he got that job, and I just have to do laundry!!

Kenny is constructing "The Box" for our play coming up in May .... Seussical .... Brutus and I, we don't help, we just wanted to be in the picture! Kenny is doing a great job, even with all our distractions!

What a FUN DAY in Kingman Arizona!!

It is Snowing AGAIN in Kingman !!! Nicole got out of school early today and made the best of her time off!!! We have about 5 inches here so far...and the snow is still falling....maybe a snow day tomorrow???? It is Very Beautiful!!!

December Birthday Girls

We took our December Birthday Girls to Las Vegas for a day at Build a Bear and Ice Skating!! It was a WONDERFUL day......Kiana 11, Samantha 11 and Nicole 12......Happy Birthday Girls!!!
